Bug 317684

When a notification pops up via the "Notifications" widget in the system tray, there is an X in the upper right-hand corner. Clicking on this X dismisses the pop-up notification from view, but leaves it in the list of "unviewed" notifications.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure that the Notifications widget is in the KDE plasma system tray
2. At a command prompt, use 'notify-send' to generate a notification in your session. (e.g. notify-send "Testing Popup Bug")
3. When the popup appears, click the X to dismiss it.
Actual Results:  
The pop-up is dismissed, but the displayed count of missed/unviewed notifications remains increased and if you click on the widget, it displays the dismissed message again until the X is clicked in that expanded view.

Expected Results:  
If I have chosen to explicitly dismiss the pop-up as it came in, I would expect it to be fully dismissed. Needing to ALSO dismiss it from the expanded list is an unnecessary and annoying step.
