i've loaded some programs from linux software setup menu.. i can't see these programs in Kmenu or launch. Programs are science programs and they belong to biology part, i cant see biology part also however i can see other parts like astronomy, chemistrty.

Could you name some specific application ? Does it provide its own valid .dekstop file and install it into the correct location ?  If yes, please upload that .desktop file as attachment. If not, I'm afraid the problem is just invalid.
