When deleting elements from the notification window, the notification window resizes, but w/o any animation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Trigger several notification (e.g. download 3 files).
2. Open notifications by clicking on notification icon in systray.
3. Notice notification window with 3 stacking elements.
4. Close (X) one of the elements.
Actual Results:  
Notification windows resizes (gets smaller), but without any animation / transition.

Expected Results:  
There should be a smooth transition / animation.

I agree would be nicer if there was a smooth resize animation, unfortunately it can't really be done smoothly with X11, because windows resized are very expensive, is probably something that will require Wayland to be properly implemented
