When >=2 cyrillic-named files are selected and send to kmail by "File > Send File",
the kmail editor popups with error message and only first file attached

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to home dir: 
   $ cd
2. Create files with cyrillic names:
   $ touch Текстовый-1.txt
   $ touch Текстовый-2.txt
3.Run konqueror:
   $ konqueror ~
4. Select files Текстовый-1.txt, Текстовый-2.txt

5. Select menu item
   "File > Send File"  

6. The kmail editor window appears with error popup and only first file attached

Does it also happen when using Dolphin? I suspect it is actually a KMail issue.

In Dolphin the action is implemented via right mouse click on the selected files -> send as attachement

But only one file of the selected items appears attached in the kmail compose window.
