Krunner forces a unwanted Desktop switch.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Desktop 1: open up Krunner and close again w/o doing anything (e.g. hit two times Alt+F2)
2. Switch to Desktop 2
3. Open Krunner with Alt+F2
Actual Results:  
Desktop is changed to Desktop1 and Krunner opens there.

Expected Results:  
Krunner should open in Desktop2.

Can't reproduce by following the given steps. Some important factor must be missing. What about trying it using a newly created account ?

Yeah, you are right after a restart I couldn't reproduce either, but I found it (-:
Step 0.5: Open System Activity

Here it doesn't matter if it is in the foreground or minimised.
