I can`t select SIP accounts in ktp-dialout-ui`s Account selection box - worked in 0.5.3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start  ktp-contactlist
2. Configure SIP account 
3. click to "Make a Call"

Actual Results:  
Select box does not contain sip account

Expected Results:  
SIP account should be shown in select box
