After rotating an image, the image isn't rotated corectly, it's stretched. I must wait about a second, but sometimes I must change windows size to get rotated image.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an image
2. Rotate the image once or more
3. On some files rotated image isn't correct (stretched, not rotated)
Actual Results:  
Some images didn't rotate correctly. I must wait about second for correctly rotated image or sometimes I must change window size to get correctly rotated image.

Expected Results:  
Correctly rotated image.

Not happens for all images.

confirmed. Often I see stretched, not rotated. This bug should be set to BLOCKER.
