if "extender" is active (arrow in systray to access hidden icons), clicking it opens a list of previously hidden icons, and their names are listed to the right.

clicking on the icon itself works as expected, but nothing happens when clicking on the text - that is unexpected, as the entry highlight is common for both icon and text

It seems to depend on the entry. For example, Device Notifier and Klipper react to clicking on the text.
