Sentry Crash Report:

Description Pavel Nedrigailov 2013-03-12 06:25:39 UTC
In multi-user conferences with a lot of users, they change their status (from online to away or offline and vise versa) very often. This pushes up the latest posts in short time, making it not visible. At the same time, the need for monitoring status messages is not obvious.

Proposal is to make option to turn displaying of status messages off.

Reproducible: Always

For group chats? I see option only for single chat...?
Comment 3 Daniele E. Domenichelli 2013-03-12 14:55:09 UTC
The menu shows:
Show presence changes:
  - Always
  - Never in group chats
  - Never

Ok I got confused with the "separate config for group chats" thing, because I think this option we're talking about should be placed somewhere...more general as it applies to both configs (single & group chats).

I think the plan is to split it into 2 separate config as soon as we have 2 separate tabs...
