After today's update, any files or bookmarks are represented by a generic icon and "nepomuk:/res/somehashvalue" as a name in Files, Add Items or on the Activity Screen. They are not tappable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Files or Add Items or look at Activity Screen with resources connected

Expected Results:  
Should be correct icon, name and tappable
