Description Iñaki Baz Castillo 2013-03-11 11:14:10 UTC
Kubuntu 12.10 with KDE 4.9.4. I have HDMI output so sometimes want to use HDMI as the general audio output. For that, currently I must do:

- Open System Settings.
- Go to "Multimedia".
- First item I see is "Audio CD" (really ??).
- Second item is "Phono" (what does "Phono" word mean for end users?).
- There in "Phono" change audio settings.

I strongly miss a *direct access* in KMix to Phono Settings (like in any other operating system) instead of forcing the end-user to inspect what "Phono" means under System Settings -> Multimedia.

Second: I also strongly suggest that "Phono" item under Multimedia settings appears in first position before "Audio CD" and any other items (if they were more).

Reproducible: Always

Kmix in KDE SC 4.10 has an 'Audio Setup' option in both the tray icon as well as the main settings dialog.
