Well, in most cases you don't need to choose at all. The preselected value should just work. It works if you want to report a bug for the application where you launched that interface from. If I want to report a sound problem, or something related to the interface, I may just launch Dolphin and use its Help menu, in which case I must dig through that huge list for an appropriate category. Hi, kdelibs (version 4 and earlier) is no longer maintained since a few years. KDE Frameworks 5 or 6 might already have implemented this wish. If not, please re-open against the matching framework if feasible or against the application that shows the issue. We then can still dispatch it to the right Bugzilla product or component.
