After visually editing a post and clicking submit I get the "successful" box.  When I visit the blog ALL post formatting has been lost.  This includes blank line between paragraphs, initial paragraph indent, and full justification of text.  Just one big blog of words mushed together.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit a post with multiple paragraphs having full text justification, first line indent, and blank line between paragraph with visual editor.
2.  Post to any 3.5.1 WordPress blog
3.  Go visit blog to see nasty looking post.
Actual Results:  
Just one big blob of words

Expected Results:  
Post should have looked like it did in the visual editor.  This is possible when sending html.  Just look at this post:  http://www.logikalsolutions.com/wordpress/?paged=4
which was done with html.

I think you can fix all of this by transmitting html instead of raw ascii to the blog.  Until this works I cannot use your product.
