Description bkorb 2013-03-08 14:59:57 UTC
I've been happily using my openSuSE platform for years. After a recent update, whenever I highlighted something that looked like a url popped up and started being obnoxiously "helpful". I had to break out of my thought process to make this demanding pop-up window go away back to wherever it was it was coming from. Eventually, I traced it back to this little "klipper" thingy. It is okay to be aggressively helpful for anyone who *wants* aggressive help, but I do not and I hate having to chase down the source of intrusions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update your system
2. highlight a URL-like string
3.
Actual Results:
I get an intrusive pop-up

Expected Results:
my selection gets copied to the clip-board and nothing else

Please ensure you get positive affirmations that it is okay before implementing intrusive mis-features. Thank you.

These annoying actions have been disabled by default for quite some time.
