This is not a bug, it is just not implemented yet. As a workaround you can use the online Manual at http://userbase.kde.org/Amarok/Manual The error might be due to a restrictive firewall which blocks dbus calls. Even if this would work, myriam is probably right and there is no help available for amarok atm. |
