H-m-m... And what do you expect it to open for powerdevilactivitiesconfig.desktop? I'm just surprised, that links "Activity Settings" and "Powersaving" have the same destination ("help:/kcontrol/powerdevil/index.html").
Is it correct? I'm expect, that link "Activity Settings" must have destination, for example, "help:/kcontrol/activities/index.html".
Also link "Advaced Settings" have the destination "help:/kcontrol/powerdevil/index.html".

Maybe, "Activity Settings" and "Advanced Settings" should be the subitem of "Power Saving"?
