The following example only shows the first paragraph as bold in konqueror:

 Paragraph 1<p>
 Paragraph 2<p>
</b>
In netscape both paragraphs show up as bold. Same goes for other tags such as <em> and <u>

The bug still happens in KDE 3.1.0
