APOD comic shows a pictures and when hovering the mouse on the picture it shows the description. 

After the upgrade the info in the popup vanishes too fast to be able to read.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. APOD strip
2. Hover mouse on the picture
3. Whatch the info and how long it lasts


Expected Results:  
keep the info till I hover away the mouse as it was in the previous version
