This is my AGP settings: http://wstaw.org/m/2013/02/15/plasma-desktopBO2626.png and when i click on OK and on blue arrow i have nothing new in playlist. 

When i set filtr in local library: http://wstaw.org/m/2013/02/15/plasma-desktopFw2626.png this work good and select new music.

Moreover, when i stop and start amarok, on my AGP playlist i havent <1m but i have <1s.

I can confirm with Amarok v2.8.0. Try to use this workaround (it's works for me): https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=313762#c4
