As described in http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/PIM/Akonadi/Firstrun, akonadi has the functionality to create default resources on first run, which are described in $KDEDIR/share/apps/akonadi/firstrun .
But with KDE 4.10 this doesn't work anymore, although those templates are present.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new user and log in
2. check that you have the files defaultaddressbook and defaultcalendar in $KDEDIR/share/apps/akonadi/firstrun (create them if not)
3. start akonadi server
Actual Results:  
There is no calendar or addressbook resource configured, although templates are present in $KDEDIR/share/apps/akonadi/firstrun

Expected Results:  
An ical and a contacts resource should get configured automatically.

(if you commit, commit in 4.10 and we will merge in master don't apply this patch directly in two branchs we merge 4.10 in master)
