This does only occour if safe intermediate render results is activated for the blur effect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure the blur and fade effects are activated.
2. Safe intermediate render results must be activated for the blur effect.
3. Open dolphin, make it the active window and move it to a position where the launcher will overlap it.
4. Klick on the launcher symbol to open the launcher, then click again to close it.
Actual Results:  
While fading out, the launcher flickers and shows artifacts.

Expected Results:  
The launcher should not flicker.

linux Mint 14, 64 bit, KDE from backports ppa.

assuming bug #307112 because of " Safe intermediate render results must be activated for the blur effect."
