KConfigxteditor only supports files ending on xml, which means that XML files ending on kcfg (or any other file ending not xml) cannot be opened

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open KConfigxteditor
2. change search file ending
3. select a valid file with kconfigxt xml
4. open it
Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
it should open the file. After all file ending doesn't matter.
