I would like to have some enhanced "special" ruler assistant tools to quickly make:

-parallel lines/curves
-concentric lines/curves
-concentric circles

You can get a precise idea of the concentric tools by watching this video example, from 3'30" to 3'50":
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=lIyBID61IhQ#!

The parallel tool would work in the same idea (having a base "ruler" line and every stroke being parallel to it...)

Also in the same video you can see a very cool perspective tool (from 4'10" to 4'40"). It would be very useful to have a similar perspective assistant (not sure if it should replace the one we have currently, which may still be useful for different cases..)
The problem I have with current perspective tool is that it's hard to use it for proper 2 or 3 points
 perspective.

Assistants are great but yes I do want the same things as Animtim proposes. plus a few more.

Grid assistant.
Rectangular grid (its possible to make one with the perspective assistant and a square to copy over, but a grid would be faster)
Axonometric grid, like the one in inkscape, to easen the creation of isometric stuff. (Again it can be faked rotating the square 45° and tracing a perspective grid over it.)
Circular grid, but I guess parallel ellipse works best as a name.
