kmail (4.11.3) on KDE Platform 4.11.3 using Qt 4.8.4
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Using other applications in other virtual desktop. I guess an automatic email download was triggered or something.
- Custom settings of the application:
I have IMAP accounts without periodic download (ie: imap push enabled). I'm also using 3D effects in the desktop, which means that due to the composition all the apps paint themselves even if they are not shown in the current virtual desktop. I have plain text view enabled (no HTML view by default).

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present? If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kmail2 (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.12 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
