run this 

kdialog  --passivepopup bugtest 

move the notification on the corner and put it behind the screen it will start to move wild 
just left it  and tadaa plama is frozen :D

Steps to Reproduce:
1.kdialog --passivepopup bugtest
2.move in the corner behind the screen untill it will change position by itself 
3.leave the left click , it will block  plasma

can confirm in arch 64, intel sandy bridge and kde 4.10.
plasma workspace crashed after dragging plasma notifications to screen corner.
kwin still working.
major bug confirmed.
