For devices in the Places panel which are labeled by their size, Dolphin only uses IEC size units (KiB, GiB, etc), regardless of the preference set in the 'Locale' system settings.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Dolphin should display the sizes in the user's preferred format, as selected in 'Locale'.
