since okular is the default viewer for very much document types, like pdf, wouldnt it be better to add a print-document-botton to the default installation? i know that it is possible to add one by myself but the normaluser dont know that and i think the printing feature is one of the most used features in pdf-viewers and since this is just a little change .. :)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open okular
2. file > print

Actual Results:  
prints page but other pdf/document viewers got an button to print pages

Expected Results:  
please add a button to the gui
