Description Andrey 2013-01-12 23:08:58 UTC
Sending file via Bluetooth fails, when bluedevil 1.2.3 is used.
Only sometimes I am able to send 1 file after which sending fails.
Actual transfer doesn't seem to start, I see failure message displayed
by the phone almost instantly.

If I downgrade bluedevil to 1.2.2 file sending works 100% correctly,
though Konqueror's "Send via Bluetooth" context menu dissappears.

I'm using KDE 4.9.5 currently, but has been the same
the same on previous 4.9.* versions.

Problem seems to be the same on different distributions,
e.g. the same behavior is observed in Arch Linux:

Reproducible: Always

BlueDevil 1.3 should fix this. Can you try?
Comment 2 Andrey 2013-01-14 19:06:21 UTC
Yes, bluedevil 1.3 seems to work pretty well:
I have sent a couple of 5-15 MiB files, everything is received on the phone.

However, context menu in Konqueror is missing.

Context menu should not be missing.

If after upgrading to 1.3 (final) it is still missing please, open a new bug.

Thanks for reporting !
