Hello, Unfortunately, this is not implemented yet. This is what I am working on now. Even if it is not that difficult to implement, the amount of time that is available for me to work on it is limited, so that is why it is taking a long time. As a current status, at this moment the implementation in KolorManager/KolorServer is done, but I need to test and fix it, and the implementation for KWin is not started but it should not be too difficult. Perhaps in a month everything will be ready, but I can't be sure. Any progress on this? I guess it would be enough to have a DBUS method for on/off of the OpenGL Options in Desktop effects. This would be usefull not only for calibration, but also for use in wrappers for image editing / raw development applications to avoid gamut shrinking (e.g. darktable camera raw gamut -> sRGB by KWin -> wide gamut monitor). Once there are apps supporting Xcm, things would be different. (In reply to Milan Knížek from comment #2) > Any progress on this? See review request 112960. https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/112960/ Color correction got dropped from KWin. Thus the bug cannot be fixed any more. |
