After adding a Lens in Define Equipments, I can't remove it.
P.S: I compiled from source.
The Last Commit was on  01/01/2013

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Settings-> Define Equipment
2. Go to Lens tab and add a Lens
3. Try Removing the Lens
Actual Results:  
The Remove didn't happen.

Expected Results:  
Lens should have been removed.
