This bug is too old, for a version < 1.3. Closing it, as the latest version is 2.0.1, and lots of things changed since version 1.2.x, including the usage of VLC as video display backend, support for DVB-T2 and ISDB-T via libVLC, etc. You may check on the upstream version and see if the bug was solved. The README file contains instructions about how to compile it. You can find it at our git repository: https://quickgit.kde.org/?p=kaffeine.git If you find similar issues with version 2.0.1, please re-open. |
Hello, during watching a film (format 16:9) I have the problem the film-size on the TV is to small ("to adjust to display" or "auto-set" it´s not the best). My TV has the format 16:10. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start DVD with TV 16:10 2.choose "adjust to display" in aspect-radio in menu video 3.or choose "automatic" Actual Results: When I set "automatic" the film-size is to small for my TV, the film is shown the format 16:9 on TV with format 16:10. When I set "adjust to display" the film-size is blurred because it´s 16:10. Expected Results: It must be able to set the display-size (from the film) continually (but the format 16:9 must be set while changing the size).
