Go to page "http://www.volkswagen.fi". The first time the page is rendered correctly. 

Go to some other www-site and then use Konqueror's back button view the "http://www.volkswagen.fi" again. The page should display extra scrollbar.

The page shows up correctly when using reload button.

Thank you for your bug report.
This bug can not be reproduced using the current development (CVS) version
of KDE. This suggests that the bug has already been fixed. The bug report=
