Last.fm Skip button was removed (by me) when working on bug 305576 because I thought it simply ceased to work. This is not the case and should be re-added back.

Last.fm: re-add Skip button for Last.fm radios

Due to string freeze a few translatable strings are not translatable,
I will fix this after 2.7 is released.

 * Last.fm Skip button re-added after being removed in Beta by error.
