KDE 4.10.0 final (packages not public until the official release). I can confirm that the same or similar bug exists on Slackware. When "screen saver" radiobutton is selected instead of "simple locker", and the "require password after" option is unchecked, the following illogical sequence happens: First the screensaver starts; then the simple locker activates *on top* of the screensaver, and if I wait long enough (60 seconds) I am required to enter a password in order to unlock my screen. And even worse, the password entry field does *not* have focus so that I have to click in it with the mouse. Eric I can confirm the same happens with the Blank screen saver in Opensuse tumbleweed Also kubuntu quantal. And Fedora 18 All screensavers that capture and distort the screen don't work anymore, instead of the desktop they only show the locker. Bug 318342 seems to be a duplicate? Bug 316296 ist related? This seems to be a duplicate of bug 315442, which was fixed in kde-workspace 4.11.4. That bug is no longer present for me, running Kubuntu 13.10 with updates from the KDE PPA. setting to duplicate as suggested in comment #7 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 315442 *** |
