I hope not to hear that already exists, only because in older versions of Dolphin combination Shift + wheel scrolls a page (however coarse / inaccurate, and no longer present in the new version).

In the embodiment would like very much to see the sign (of the border) of the previous page, for example with a dotted line, or with a gradient to disappearance, or still with a gradient similar to that present between the sections of the configuration window.

An additional option: might be nice to see them slip as if they were playing cards from the deck.

I don't think we'll be doing this, sorry. :) There is no practical way to do it for every KDE apps, and even if there was, it couldn't be done for non-KDE apps, so the display would be fragmented and inconsistent and then people would complain about that. :)
