This is how a printed page could look like (of course without the blur... ;-)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=290249 is a similar request. There is no software for KDE right now that can do label printing. You can either use glabels (works well, but is Gnome), or Libreoffice, which is rather difficult to use for this purpose. Koffice used to be able to do it, but can't anymore. in 4.12 I implemented grantlee printing support. So we can create printing as we want.
