i have a 3 tb disk and the total space is reported as -1.4xxxx and teh free space as -2,0xxx.
there is obviously a representation problem for the large numbers. 
it would be prefered to report in megabytess (as bug 97153 resolves). my version with xubuntu may be behind ..
