Your file appears to keep the movies in a RichMedia annotation. These are not supported (yet) by Okular and poppler (the library used for pdf rendering). What program did you use to create the pdf file? I don't know what is used. These are presentattions in PDf that we got from our professr at university.. The file properties says Acrobat PDFMaker 9.1 for PowerPoint/Adobe PDF Library 9.0 The RichMedia annotation expects the document viewer to have flash-playing(!) capabilitities. See for example the documentation of Alexander Grahn's 'media9' LaTeX package for some details: http://www.ctan.org/pkg/media9. So it may be quite a feat to implement support for this.
