Still the case with 4.10.1. I would suggest to mark this as an bug extramile, i.e. in blocks field enter extramile. Git commit 71fc7c112076ac2eb83146e58167d95bf04d8f5f by Luiz Romário Santana Rios. Committed on 17/05/2013 at 14:53. Pushed by romariorios into branch 'master'. Notifications history popup now hides if it loses focues when there are no jobs runnning REVIEW: 110420 M +1 -1 plasma/generic/applets/notifications/contents/ui/main.qml http://commits.kde.org/kde-workspace/71fc7c112076ac2eb83146e58167d95bf04d8f5f I guess this now is in 4.11, but the bug was not marked as resolved. However, the new behaviour is extremely annoying. If I open up the recent notifications and then move the mouse to the right to dismiss some or all of them permanently it easily happens that I move the mouse a few pixels too far to the right so the notifications loses the focus and immediately disappear. Since the close buttons are on the right side this very easily happens. While I also think that the notifications should hide when they lose focus I think this hiding should be delayed for 1-2 seconds, otherwise I get annoyed by having to open up the popup multiple times and only slowly moving the mouse to be able to get rid of them. For me, sometimes a notification pops up but does not ever go away. When I hover the mouse it gets blurred, but does not go away. How can I switch that one off, now only log out helps. Hello! This bug report was filed for KDE Plasma 4, which reached end-of-support status in August 2015. KDE Plasma 5's desktop shell has been almost completely rewritten for better performance and usability, so it is likely that this bug has already been resolved in Plasma 5. Accordingly, we hope you understand why we must close this bug report. If the issue described here is still present in KDE Plasma 5.12 or later, please feel free to open a new ticket in the "plasmashell" product after reading https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Bug_Reporting If you would like to get involved in KDE's bug triaging effort so that future mass bug closes like this are less likely, please read https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved#Bug_Triaging Thanks for your understanding!
