When I start a konsole, it could not input e. But in some tab, it could input e.

Sorry, but a report with so little information can hardly be reproducible and helpful . Please do some investigation and try to provide more information: 

   * Which keyboard layout do you use?
   * Do you use input methods?
   * etc....
