Being able to copy text from any system messages to facilitate transcription. (assistance, etc.)
For example: The report of the properties of one or more folders.

There is no general way to solve it. Every single dialog that does not use standard widgets would have to add support for accessibility. Big task.

Really meant the opposite: replace windows "proprietary" with calls to standard widgets. :) But I seem to have read something about a new "windows / messages" system, so maybe all will try to adapt.
You just keep talking about it, keep the topic alive, and possibly "help / teach" the maintainers of programs.
