When you open the contact list, for a few seconds it shows the status as "Offline", even in I am connected and I often try to change the status to online.
It should instead either show nothing, or a spinning wheel until the actual status is updated

Don't show incorrect presence while everything is loading

Now it shows an empty combobox with the spinner spinning on it
before GlobalPresence is ready (then it changes the combo to
proper index).
