In kmix 4.10 support for multiple volume sliders in the popup  (click on tray icon) has been added, including for pulse audio output streams. Unfortunately new streams are not detected and not shown there, unless kmix is restarted

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start kmix
2. Open another application using pulse (e.g amarok) 
3. Open the popup by clicking on the tray
Actual Results:  
New output stream (amarok) is not there. It appears if kmix is restarted

Expected Results:  
New output steram is there without a restart

The slider is correctly shown in kmix itself (the mixer appliation, not the popup)
