Moving a book into another one deletes the book and all the notes stored in that book.

Tested with Kubuntu and kjots (4:4.9.3-0ubuntu0.1~ppa1/amd64).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create two books and notes within these books (see screenshot: kjots1.png)
2. Move one of the books into the other one (drag the book icon on the other book  and select "Move here").

Actual Results:  
1. The moved book's icon has changed to a "folder" (see screenshot: kjots2.png).
2. All notes in the book have been deleted.
3. The book has not been moved into the destination book.

Expected Results:  
The book and its contents should have been moved into the destination book.

kjots prints the following console messages:
