When increasing panel wigth the start-here-kde icon won't get bigger than 32x32.
It happens with kickoff, lancelot, takeoff, home-runner.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. unlock plasma widgets
2. pres "cashew" (settings) button on panel
3. increase panel size


Expected Results:  
increase that icon (in panel) just as it does with other plasmoids.
