The following file:

cannot be opened with ark. it doesn't show any files 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download File
2. Click file - Ark opens
3. Ark opens only shows empty window
Actual Results:  
Ark can't extract files from archive

Expected Results:  
Ark should be able to extract the .zip file

Peazip opens the file just fine, extracts without a problem

Using Kubuntu 12.10

It appears the attached file is actually a rar archive. Work is undergoing to improve Ark's detection of erroneously named archives. This will hopefully be fixed in 15.08.
