Launcher settings on the task bar are forgotten after each reboot.
In my specific case, I don't want any launcher at all, but Dolphin and Iceweasel launcher reappear after logging in, despite many 'right click + remove this launcher'.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Remove a launcher from the taskbar
2. Reboot (or logout + login)
Actual Results:  
The launchers removed in step one magically reappear

Expected Results:  
They should not come back unless the user restores them
