Since I upgraded to KDE 4.9.3 the kickoff icon in my panel has become smaller, not filling out the entire height of the panel anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Kickoff button too small

You still can press it on the entire height, ie. you hit it if you throw your mouse into a corner.
