In full size settings window "now playing" area doesn't fill free space.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open settings
2. Go to General

I cannot reproduce this with current master, but I cannot find the commit that fixed it neither :/

The code for sizing the widget has been changed in commit  dc02d76c6b3e47eb78f7a99e0ed4eb9eff1ea49e. See also bug 312957.
