Okular hangs forever when previewing or printing the attached Scribus-generated PDF form.
Evince has no problem working with (displaying, previewing, printing) the file, but emits a bunch of:
  Syntax Error: Unknown font tag 'ZaDb'
gs has no problem displaying the file. 

So the file seems to be incorrectly produced, but Okular shouldn't be frozen by it.
Also, the freeze is the same I experienced with the PDF form in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=296587
So the two bugs might possibly be related, and even if this file isn't correct, this might account only for a part of the problem.

Tested on Kubuntu 12.10 with the newest stack of:
okular: 0.15.2
libspectre: 0.2.7
ghostscript: 9.06
libfreetype6: 2.4.10

Works like a charm in kubuntu 12.10 here. Besides the spectre and ghostscript information are useless information for this bug, not sure what made you think they were useful.

Can you please provide a gdb backtrace of the hang?
